Elisa Wilson, R.D.A. - Elisa was born and raised in Okanogan. She was happy to be able to return to raise her two boys with her husband, Lee. She enjoys visiting with patients and helping create healthy smiles.

Makayla Sterk, R.D.A. - Makayla has lived in Okanogan most of her life, where she loves spending time with her husband and family. She enjoys helping patients achieve healthy and happy smiles.

Diana Valente, R.D.A. - Diana grew up in Washington state and currently lives in the Okanogan Valley with her husband and two dogs. Diana began her career in the dental field in 2020 with Family Health Centers. She joined the North Cascades Dental team in 2023 and really enjoys working with such a positive, healthy and productive team. Outside of work she loves spending time outdoors fishing, hiking and gardening alongside her husband.

Maggie Wilson, R.D.H. - Maggie has worked as a dental hygienist for 14 years and began working for Dr. Chase in 2015. She was born and raised in Okanogan and is happy to be back in the area raising her three kids and ranching with her husband, Reid. Maggie's favorite part of her job is forming relationships with patients and working together to achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.

Shelby Rodgers, R.D.H. - Shelby was born and raised in Tonasket, where she lives today with her husband and their two kids, loves to spend time with her family, farming and ranching, working in her garden and spending time in her kitchen. Shelby decided to go pursue her degree in hygiene and graduated from Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene in B.C. She is patient-focused, driven to provide a personable experience along with the highest quality of care possible and she enjoys getting to know her patients in order to provide a positive dental experience while educating them on the importance of oral and overall health.

Yvonne Lind - Yvonne and her family moved up to Okanogan County in 2004 from southern California. She has worked in our office since 2012 when Dr. Homer owned the practice. She is the first to greet our patients and assists them in any scheduling needs, reviewing treatment plans, and all things regarding insurance. She and her husband have three kids and thoroughly enjoy being outdoors together as well as share a great love for their many pets.

Rachel LaGrou - Rachel joined the team in 2018 after first working for Dr. Chase and her husband in 2017. In our office she wears many hats assisting where needed. She attended college in Missouri, moved to Virginia after graduating, and after a few years made her way back home to Washington. Rachel continues to pursue her passion outside of our office as a choreographer and assistant dance teacher at a studio in Brewster.
